If the package arrives damaged, please do not accept it.
If, upon delivery, you notice damage or missing items while opening the package in the presence of the courier or postal worker, and it is clear that the issue occurred before you received the goods, we will immediately arrange a return. Any kind of damage or missing content must be recorded in an official handover report signed by both parties. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for damages or shortages reported afterwards.
